Fully handmade, It has a smooth mouthfeel with rich and complex herbal, floral, citrus and spice flavors, unparalleled complexity and ultra-high quality. Using clean, natural, soft mountain spring water, lots of exotic spices, including 6 different organic peppercorns, soaked in a spirit made from French molasses for 36 hours (one day and two nights).

Ingredients that need to be kept fresh, such as bitter orange peel, lemon, and grapefruit, must be manually added to the spirits individually at 7 a.m. every day for soaking. It is distilled in the elegant Arnold Holstein still and left unfiltered for 3 months in traditional clay pots.
