This single malt whiskey comes from Sendai—carefully selected by entrepreneur Masataka Taketsuru. —This place is called the capital of Du. Its flavor is gorgeous and fruity, with a smooth mouthfeel. You can taste sweet aromas like apples and pears, as well as soft vanilla aromas from the oak barrels, all harmoniously blended together in the whiskey. It also has the sweetness and smooth taste of dried fruits, while the sweetness of malt and the aroma of oak barrels leave a mild and long aftertaste after drinking.
