The Macallan’s distiller, Steven Bremner, is not only an expert in whiskey making, but also a keen house music DJ. He blended his passion for music and whiskey to create this unique whisky. Concept Number 2 uses sherry-flavored American oak barrels, Miguel Martin sherry barrels and ex-bourbon barrels for maturation during the brewing process. This multi-barrel aging method brings a rich and round spice flavor to the whiskey. and harmonious melodies of floral citrus and vanilla.
