"KI NO BI Dry Gin" uses rice spirit alcohol made from rice, and incorporates a large number of unique Japanese plant raw materials, such as Gyokuro, Yuzu, red pine, and sansho are made from the soft and delicate Fushimi water of the Fushimi region. This dry gin retains the London Dry style with a distinctive juniper flavor, while adding the essence of Japanese "Japanese" style to give it a fresh taste.
The brewing process of "Ji Zhimei" is very unique. It divides 11 kinds of plant raw materials into six categories according to their characteristics: "base (base)", "citrus (tangerine)", "tea (tea)", "spicy (spicy)", "fruity and floral ( "Fragrance" and "herb (rin)" are distilled separately and then mixed. This production method differs from the traditional gin-making process in which all botanical ingredients are distilled together.
