This is an original sake that has been matured since the beginning of its establishment, using it as the key malt and cleverly blending malts with unique characteristics and grain liquor. Since its creation in 2008, it has been matured in traditional Denich-style warehouses. The key malts are selected as the key malts that are suitable for blending to maximize their potency, and are blended in a balanced manner with other malts and grain spirits that are full of personality.

In order to retain the natural flavor, this whiskey uses a non-chill filtration process and is not artificially colored.

The flavor includes the soft sourness of ripe plums and the sweetness surrounding it, like light marshmallows, accompanied by the pleasant oak aroma of mature grain liquor, which lasts for a long time in the mouth.

This product focuses on retaining the natural flavor, so it does not undergo cooling filtration or artificial coloring. Therefore, sedimentation or turbidity may occur more easily than in general commercial products.
