This exceptional 18-year-old single malt whiskey is matured in a high proportion of first-fill sherry-flavored European and American oak casks, a nod to our A tribute to 5 production cornerstones, it presents a delicate blend of ripe cherries with bittersweet cocoa, freshly picked honeycomb and candied orange peel. Among the aromatic peat smoke, there is a whisper of Orkney's salty waves.
