Grace Koshu 2023 - A Traditional Koshu Loved Worldwide
This wine is crafted exclusively from grapes grown at elevations above 400 meters. In the vineyard, each grape cluster is individually covered with protective caps to minimize the effects of autumn rain, and harvesting only takes place once the grapes have reached optimal ripeness. The grapes undergo a gentle, time-intensive pressing process. Through intimate knowledge of the grape variety's character, regional characteristics, and plot specifics, this wine strives to express the unique terroir of Katsunuma.
